We selected this company for the Badian downstream canyoneering - and were very pleased. Our guide Sonny was prompt picking us up from Moalboal (no charge). Following the trike ride to their office, they check you in and fit you with safety gear. Then you have to ride on motorcycle up to drop off point. Sonny was very accommodating and quickly adapts to everyone’s comfort level - some people are more comfortable in the water than others. He lets you go at your pace and points out points of interest along the way. Had a fantastic time. When you finish the canyoneering and arrive at the actual falls, you get a lunch and a drink. After that we went up to the falls and jumped the 35 feet down 😊. Paid through PayPal in advance. They make you pay for the service fee, which is against the PayPal rules - but it the norm in the Philippines. Price was 1500 pesos.

My tours with Highland Adventure were the highlight of my Cebu trip. It was an adrenaline packed tour to say the least. We were able to explore the unadulterated beauty of nature and also immerse in it — quite literally as we made multiple jumps into the water! Noli was the best guide that I could ever asked for. He has an infectious energy that made the tours even more enjoyable and he was also very accommodating to our needs. Transportation was great too. We travelled to-and-fro our Airbnb via their vehicle, and we could also request to make certain stops to pick up food and water. Furthermore, at the price of 500PHP per pax, Highland Adventure also arranged for transport (with a/c) from Oslob to Cebu city. Overall, I have nothing but praises to sing for this tour agency. I believe you can get a better bang for your buck by booking your tours through them.

Great guys who went above and beyond to make sure had a great day and great photos, would highly recommend. You go on the back of a motorbike to get from their place to the canyon but if your fine with that it’s amazing

Did the Kawasan Falls canyoning tour with a family of 5 (age 16 to 46). Absolute highlight of our holiday. Zipline experience at start isn't included-500PHP extra but the ride is recommended (&shortens the walk in from 40min to 10min). Kawasan is VERY popular. Expect a constant flow of tour groups down the gorge. HAT staff recommended earliest possible start (from 6am) and weekday tour due to crowds. Wear runners for traction. Highest canyon jump is 2nd stage of Kawasan Falls at 14m. All jumps but the smallest 1-2m have a ”walk down” option if you're unsure. Note that the falls are easy to visit as a self-driving option, but the lowest/3rd stage of the falls are very commercialized and busy. I VERY much recommend the guided tour.

In April 2023, I had the pleasure of embarking on the Whale Shark + Canyoneering + Diving with Sardine tour offered by Highland Adventure Tours. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the entire process, from booking to the end of the trip. They made sure everything was perfectly organized and tailored to our needs. Our adventure began with an early morning pick-up at 3 am, and our driver arrived ahead of schedule, ensuring a smooth start to our day. The canyoneering portion of the tour was exceptional, thanks to our friendly and helpful guide, Sunny. When I lost my watch during one of the jumps, Sunny retraced our steps and managed to retrieve it – a gesture I truly appreciated. For those who are hesitant about trying scuba diving, rest assured that Highland Adventure Tours has your back. They offer an unlicensed dive option, where you'll be paired one-on-one with an experienced diver to guide you through the experience. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Whale Shark + Canyoneering + Diving with Sardine package with Highland Adventure Tours. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Highland Adventures. We took the 1 day package tour good for 10 people. They arranged the pick up and drop off (Cebu-Moalboal and vice versa) at a very reasonable rate. We had Kuya Noli and Kuya Ruben as our guide for the canyoneering. We have nothing but praises for Kuya Noli who was an expert at taking pics and videos and for taking care of my 6 year old daughter. Kuya Noli carried my daughter going to and coming back from Kawasan Falls, keeping her entertained all the time! We loved the complimentary meal at the falls,the humba was so delicious! We would not hesitate again to book our tour with them if ever we come back to Moalboal. Thank you again!!

Had a wonderful time!! We signed up for the 2 day tour of Badian, Pescador Island for sea turtles and sardine run on day 1 and Oslob/ Osmena Peak/Sumilon on day 2. The canyoneering was so amazing. Kawasan falls was beautiful but if you do this tour you get to see the falls and so much more! Its quite a lot of trekking on uneven wet surfaces so you need to be in decent shape. Our guide was very helpful in this and if theres a rock you dont wanna jump off he provided an alternative route . Highly recommend it. The snorkeling was breath taking as well. We saw thousands upon thousands of sardines, beautiful coral and a sea turtle up close! Our guide was wonderful. Unfortunately my husband came down with a tummy bug so we weren't able to complete the tour day 2. They did offer to reschedule or provide transport from Moalboal to the airport. We already had transportation arranged and were leaving the following day so instead got a refund for the tour fees for the missed day. Wonderful experience!

This was one of the most amazing experiences I had, ever! We were a group of 11 going from Cebu city to swim with whale sharks in Oslob, followed by canyoneering in Kawasan falls, all organized by Mike Muñoz from Highland Adventure Tours, who was also one of our guides through canyoneering. Whale shark swim was in Oslob, so that part I review there and here I review Kawasan falls and Highland Adventure Tours. After whale shark swimming, we got to Kawasan falls; beginning with short safety briefing, we started our journey. We decided to take the zip line to save about 40min walk time, highly recommend it, as the rest of the experience is pretty demanding on the body, so we saved a bit of energy + time. Zip line was great, super professional crew (not included on the tour but not expensive at all) The whole canyoneering usually takes 3-4 hours depending on how many photos and how big your group is, we took a bit over 4 hours... this was a truly amazing experience, the views, the river, the falls, the water temperature, the color of the water and the beautiful contrast with the green of the plants and color of the rocks, all was really incredible!! Our guides were excellent, super professional, helpful and attentive to our needs, they really took good care of all of us throughout every step of the way. They were a super fun group to share this experience with and were amazing photographers! I couldn't recommend them more, talk to Mike Muñoz or directly to Highland Adventure Tours, you won't be disappointed. Almost forgot, lunch is included and was delicious!! Homemade Filipino food, super tasty!! Rice,vegies and pork or chicken, all was relly delicious!
