Wir haben eine Canyoneering-Tour für vier Leute bei den Kawasan-Wasserfällen gebucht. Vorher wurden wir von unserem späteren Tourguide Rey bei unserer Unterkunft abgeholt. Wir wurden zur Canyoneering-Basis gebracht, bei der... read more wir mit Wasserschuhen, Helmen und Rettungswesten ausgestattet wurden. Die Wertsachen konnten für 150 PHP eingeschlossen werden. Anschließend ging es mit einem Transport zur Bergstation bei der alle Teilnehmer ein Briefing erhalten. Bei diesem Sammelplatz sind auch viele Teilnehmer anderen Tourenanbieter. Am Sammelplatz kann man sich entscheiden, ob man mit der Zipline zum Start der Canyoneeringtour "fahren" oder zum Startpunkt laufen will (ca. 20 min). Gerade der Start der Tour war etwas von Menschen überlaufen, was aber auch unserer Startzeit (ca. 10 Uhr morgens) zu verdanken war. Wenn man früher startet wird es nicht so voll sein. Wir waren mit den Guides Rey, Dexter und Johnny unterwegs, welche alle drei einen super Job gemacht und uns sicher durch das Tal Fluss abwärts geleitet haben. Wir konnten Ihnen unsere GoPro geben, mit denen sie Bilder von uns gemacht haben. Die Tour selbst bestand aus mehreren Sprüngen von 2 bis 6 Metern, Rutschen und Seilen, an denen man sich ins Wasser fallen lassen kann. Die höheren Sprünge sowie die Seile können umgangen werden. Die Temperatur des Wassers war auch für Frostbeulen ertragbar. Die Tour war ein Abenteuer und die Umgebung echt sehenswert. Immer wieder gerne. Nach der Abholung durch einen Guide wurden wir wieder zur Canyoneering-Basis gebracht, wo wir für 200 PHP pro Person ein sehr leckeres Mittagessen bekommen haben. Nach dem Essen wurden wir wieder zur Unterkunft gebracht. Ein super Erlebnis und die Guides haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Tour ist nur zum Empfehlen.

The whole day was pure chaos in the best way, jumping off cliffs, sliding down rocks, trying not to look terrified while pretending I was a pro.
